At Tecno Fast, the constant search for innovation and commitment to excellence and quality of service delivered to our customers and collaborators has resulted in certifications linked to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System based on ISO standards.
In March 2012, the company took an important step in safety, occupational health and environmental protection, as we became the first TRI-certified modular construction company.
Today, thanks to the efforts of all employees, we have ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) certifications.
This condition places the company at the same level with companies of the highest standards in the world.

Tecno Fast was awarded the prize for the best website in the construction sector by the Chilean Chamber of Construction.
Tecno Fast was recognized as one of the Best Chilean Companies, according to the 2020-2021 measurement carried out by Deloitte together with Banco Santander and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
The initiative seeks to distinguish the good practices being implemented by national companies through the evaluation by a panel of experts of four key pillars: strategy; capabilities and innovation; culture and commitment; and corporate governance and finance.
Tecno Fast was recognized for the second consecutive year as one of the Best Chilean Companies, according to the 2021-2022 measurement conducted by Deloitte together with Banco Santander and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

2012 (March)
- Tecno Fast took a big step forward in safety, occupational health and environmental protection. After an arduous but rewarding process that saw us advance in our commitment to the protection of our people and the environment, Tecno Fast became the first modular construction company to be TRICERTIFIED, currently holding ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications, which transforms us into a company with world-class standards.
2012 (May)
- May 4, 2012 was not just any day for Tecno Fast, since the project in Collahuasi reached the valuable figure of 1,000,000 man hours without lost time accidents, demonstrating once again the value that the company places on the protection of its workers, this achievement being the crowning of a number of actions, activities and commitments fulfilled for the benefit of risk prevention and our environment.
2012 (December)
- At an altitude of 4,500 meters above sea level, is the Quebrada Blanca project carried out by Tecno Fast, a work that began on November 7, 2011 and on December 14, 2012 achieved 500,000 man hours without lost time accidents. This project has very particular climatic aspects, which makes the goal achieved even more relevant, as our workers face extreme temperatures between -5 C° and +13 C°, along with changes during the day in which it can go from clear to hail in minutes or thunderstorms, which can cause lightning strikes in the facilities. The average number of workers in this project is 400 and it considers a total of 30,483 m2, which includes a dining room casino for 700 people, a gymnasium, office and 1,700 beds.
2012 (December)
- Tecno Fast, present in Minera Escondida Limitada since 1997, with projects such as OGP1, Campamento 2000, Villa San Lorenzo, Lixiviación, SX (of BHP Billiton), among others, achieved in December 2012 the important milestone of 3,000,000 HH without Lost Time Accidents, which is an irrefutable reflection of the commitment that both Tecno Fast and its collaborating companies have with risk prevention and environmental care. In the words of Álvaro Ahumada, SSOMA Manager, this milestone is the result of the contribution that each worker made for his own benefit and that of his colleagues, also guided by an interdisciplinary team of professionals including risk preventionists, Sernageomin, environmental engineers and psychologists, with extensive experience in Minera Escondida, who every day give the best of themselves for the care of our workers. At present, the m2 built by Tecno Fast in Minera Escondida reach 140,700 approx.
Pending year
- These are Tambo, which with its almost 16 thousand additional square meters will have a capacity of 1,854 beds, and Concentradora, a camp that will add just over 45 thousand square meters, which translates into 4,092 beds.This milestone involved the construction of 1,346 modules totaling more than 60 thousand square meters, equivalent to six soccer fields. It also involved 2,150 trips totaling 8.1 million kilometers.
